Living in Truth: Being Persecuted

Matthew 5:10-12

Heroes of the faith were persecuted -- Elijah, Jeremiah, Daniel, David, Joseph, and Jesus. Scripture tells us to expect persecution. Persecution comes in many forms. If we're persecuted, it shows and proves that we've been faithful to Christ and His work. People who compromise would not be noticed, or attacked. God will bless the faithful now and in His eternal Kingdom.
